[webproducers] kind of a neat tool

kind of pointless but also kind of neat

Allows you to highlight sections of a live webpage, have your highlights
saved... Then provides a URL that you can send out and people can view the
page WITH your highlights...
Could save some time doing screenshots, etc...
just saying!
