  The Hired Guns are seeking an Interactive Project Manager for our  
client, a Premier Interactive Ad Agency to work on a high profile  
blue-chip account. This is a fulltime position located in Midtown  
Manhattan.

  The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Interactive Project  
Management experience with at least one year working at an  
interactive advertising agency. We're searching for well-rounded  
managers with experience running project cycles for:

  * Banner campaigns
  * Email campaigns
  * Microsite development
  * Site development

  In this management role, you will be responsible for ensuring that  
project goals are accomplished on time and within assigned scope and  
budget.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  * Scheduling of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
  * Tracking costs throughout project lifecycles and reconciling  
estimates to actuals on all projects
  * Coordinating with team members to monitor ongoing progress
  * Assess project risks and raise the flag when necessary
  * Make adjustments to schedule when required
  * Gathering technical and other specifications from client and/or  
account management
  * Providing concise and appropriate written specifications on  
inputs, outputs, internal processes, as well as quality assurance  
measures to the appropriate functional groups
  * Source additional resources when necessary
  * Assisting with QA and providing final check for project deliverables
  * Managing client expectations and communication flow as related to  
project scope and the internal project team

  REQUIREMENTS:
  * Minimum requirements include 2 to 4 years as interactive project  
manager
  * Ability to manage projects in an autonomous manner from  
initiation through completion
  * Skilled with MS Project
  * Experience preparing Statement of Work documents, functional
     specification documents and developing project plans
  * Familiarity with account management, strategy, design and
    implementation
