Senior Producer, Candide Media Works

Candide Media Works, Inc. ( www.candidemedia.com ) is a full-service new media 
studio in New York City that creates 
interactive content to engage audiences, extend stories, and build brands 
online. For over seven years,Candide has 
worked with top media companies, film and television producers, and 
not-for-profit organizations, and has created a 
range of Candide-owned products including Talking Street? Cell Phone Walking 
Tours (www.talkingstreet.com).

Candide is seeking a full-time Senior Producer to lead Web development for 
client projects, and contribute to the 
production of Talking Street tours.

With a track record of producing superb editorial-driven Web sites, the ideal 
candidate will be: highly organized; 
collaborative; detail-oriented; comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial 
environment; a creative leader on projects; 
and a persuasive writer and presenter of new business pitches.

Also required:
·       Outstanding editorial and project management skills
·        8+ years experience in progressive positions with media companies 
and/or agencies, of which 3+ years has been 
in interactive
·       Strong communications skills, and affinity for client service
·       Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, and to manage multiple
projects on a deadline
·       Experience sourcing and managing vendors and freelancers
·       Bachelor?s degree
·       Preferred but not required: Professional experience in print, radio, or
film; experience  developing content for mobile devices

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
