Executive Producer

      General Summary
      Leads and oversees all agency productions. Responsible for completing
projects on time and on budget.

      Responsibilities
      · plan all projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget) with
support from company producers
      · assign teams to each incoming project
      · oversee all producers and teams from beginning to end of each
project's life cycle
      · interface with clients on schedule and budget issues
      · participate in strategic development of new business
      · work with agency creative director and individual project producers
to ensure that editorial and aesthetic quality of each project meets agency
standards
      · author, implement, and refine company production processes to
maximize efficiency
      · lead the training of producers and associate producers
      · hold weekly staff meetings and author weekly production status
reports
      · recruit, hire, and fire production personnel

      Knowledge/Experience/Ability
      · 5 - 10 years managing creative teams developing interactive projects
      · Industry expertise and experience
      · Excellent leadership and communication skills
      · Excellent negotiation skills
      · Public speaking skills and experience
      · Strategic client skills
      Strong technical knowledge of WWW and the software quality assurance
process
