Build custom application:

    * open an account;
    * members log-in;
    * upload publication (options: upload file or cut-n-paste);
    * secure payment area (by credit cards);
    * custom Admin Panel to administer content ( approve, override, add,
      edit, delete);
    *  .... more functions can be added, have to talk specifics.
