[webproducers] is the upturn real?

I've noticed we've been getting more requests to post jobs on the WPO list
but I'm wondering how widespread this supposed upturn is.

Have people noticed more interest in new projects? I've noticed more
interest and poking around and a slight increase in new projects but not a
huge difference yet.

What about others and in other parts of the world? Australia? France?
Brazil? and others on the list in other areas? What has it been like
recently? Has it been different for those working in internal departments as
opposed to those working for an agency?

People also slap at mosquitoes when they get annoying, that doesn't mean
they want to have mosquitoes in their life.
