Director of Web Operations for a rapidly growing media company

Director of Web Operations
Growing international media company seeks a motivated, detail oriented,
take-charge individual to lead the Web Operations group in a challenging
and exciting environment.


Responsibilities
Manage and lead the development, integration and operations of our
e-commerce gaming solutions. Projects involve web development, graphic
design and back-end integration. Operate and Scale a global, 24/7, high
availability e-commerce solution serving millions of monthly visits from
more than 50 countries. Manage content deployment processes for hundreds
of titles over tens of online distribution channels using proprietary
tools. Working closely with clients to develop solutions from both
technical and creative aspects; overseeing the project development;
supporting the sales teams; and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for email-based customer support team.

Skills and Background
At least 5 years' hands-on experience as a Project Manager/New Media
Producer Experience developing e-commerce front-end and integration with
back-end systems Experience operating 24/7 e-commerce systems Ability to
plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently Extremely
well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Independent, ability to
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of interactivity
design, information architecture, GUI design, graphic design Working
knowledge of Internet technologies such as ASP, JavaScript and HTML
Preferred qualifications include Background in e-commerce, advertising,
web-marketing and/or print and desktop publishing MA in Interactive
Design, BS in Information Technology Prior experience as a Production
Manager / IT Manager
