Wanted: Multimedia Producer

multimedia producer to manage and execute product customizations for =

end clients.
About the Position:
The position of Multimedia Producer at Oddcast is a critical and key =
role in
the company and demands a diverse skill set. The Producer is =
responsible
for driving client projects from the early conceptual and budgetary =
stages
through scheduling, development and to final execution and delivery.
The Producer will be responsible for fusing effective planning and =
execution
within the production, design, and tech departments. The Producer is =

constant interface with clients.
Fundamental and specific aspects of this position include project

Looking for a webmaster / webpublisher that can handle the basics of:
HTML
ASP (Visual Basic)
SQL
The candidate must be creative with both the look and feel of the site =

well as generating ideas on how to increase traffic. Looking for =
someone
that will "OWN" the site and be thinking 24/7 about ways to drive =
traffic
and improve the user's experience. The site is a professional services
portal and has very good traffic/stats currently. We need someone that =
is
smart, savvy, aggressive and someone that has good marketing instincts. =
The
company is relatively small, but has gone through the dotcom growing =
pains
and is both profitable (P&L and Cash basis) and growing.
Experience in our particular industry, Advertising, is not a =
requirement.
Marketing experience would be a plus but not a requirement as long as =
the
person has the "right instincts".
Again, looking for someone that has enough technical ability to handle =
the
execution of their own great marketing ideas. Publisher/WebMaster in =
