Wanted: Multimedia Producer
Oddcast, the leader in conversational character products is seeking a
multimedia producer to manage and execute product customizations for high
end clients.

About the Position:
The position of Multimedia Producer at Oddcast is a critical and key role in
the company and demands a diverse skill set.  The Producer is responsible
for driving client projects from the early conceptual and budgetary stages
through scheduling, development and to final execution and delivery.

The Producer will be responsible for fusing effective planning and execution
within the production, design, and tech departments.  The Producer is in
constant interface with clients.

Fundamental and specific aspects of this position include project
management, as well as defining production schedules, deadlines, and
engagements.

Responsibilities include:
- Client interface
- Scheduling and budgeting.
- Managing Design and Production resources
- Interfacing with internal tech and business departments
- Delivering projects on schedule

About the Candidate:
Strong communication, organizational and production skills are essential and
necessary on a daily basis.  Superior writing and communication skills are
advantageous and either and educational or work-related background in film,
or digital video production enhances potential compatibility with job
requirements.

Required knowledge:
- Strong HTML Skills
- Strong Flash Skills
- Photoshop Skills
- Illustrator Skills
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with database environments

The ideal candidate comes with strong multimedia production experience. The
Ideal candidate is disciplined, goal oriented and has superb written and
verbal communications skills.
