Interactive Producer -- Multimedia Project Manager

Full time Interactive Producer/Project Manager position for medical
education multimedia group at a world
class medical center. The Interactive Producer will work directly with
lead developers, media managers,
Director of Marketing, and the Director of Technology.

- Manages and interfaces with clients, interacting through meetings and
correspondence
- Manages third party vendors (including designers, video production
team,
testing and replication houses, sponsors, and others)
- Interfaces with and coordinates all members of the interactive team
- Responsible for producing projects on time and on budget
- Runs weekly Traffic meetings
o coordinates and disseminates agenda
o leads meetings through agenda
o logs and authors minutes project/production status report
- Must be familiar with CD-ROM, DVD, Web, video production and custom
software development (patents pending)
- Kiosk Leader: Our team offers technical, speaker-ready and kiosk
support for medical conferences. The
Interactive Producer will act as second in command to our Media Manager
for these live conferences.
- Must have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

Minimum 2 - 3 years Project Manager/Producer experience required.
