No, not the same site. Tree Hill Farm is in Varina. It's where the
developers are giving 7 acres to the Virginia tribes, because that is where the
town
called Powhatan was, the town the paramount chief Powhatan came from.
Curles Neck Farm is much further east, to the east of the 295 intersection
with Route 5. That's being developed too. The area is much larger, and some
of the land has been used for gravel mining. There were Indian towns there
too, near Deep Bottom and further east, but they were Arrohateck, not Powhatan.
Curles Neck is a great place for birding, but that may all change once the
developers muck it up.
