[va-richmond-general] Bald Eagle on the James River east of 42nd St.

Nov. 6th, around 4:00-4:30 pm, on the rocks just north of the island at 42nd
street. Adult Bald Eagle seen banking and flying down to the rocks in the
center of the James River. Saw it fly south but lost it because of vegetation.
Sunlight on the bird made the white spectacular!
