[va-richmond-general] CBBT and Eastern Shore

Went to CBBT and Eastern Shore on Friday. It was fairly quiet (only 32
species for the day) but I did enjoy seeing my first surf scoters,
widgeons, gannets, hooded mergansers, and common loons of the season.
There were still a few kildeer in Oyster and the sunset at Kiptopeke was
spectacular.
