Kathy et al,

The Mason Neck NWR is part of the Fort Belvoir CBC circle.  If I recall 
correctly, last year every one of the 60+ parties doing the Ft B CBC recorded 
Bald Eagles - over 200 sightings were reported of which duplications were 
weeded out.  This year the Ft B CBC takes place Jan 2, 2005.  And, there are 
still forested areas that are not counted.
