[va-richmond-general] Walk in James River Park Thursday morning

I went for a walk this morning between 7:45 and 19:15 in the park starting
at the Canoe Run entrance and ending at the 22nd Street entrance. The birds
didn't seem to show up until 8:00, but warblers were then quite numerous in
the meadow.
Highlight: five warblers on one forked branch all in my binocular view
simultaneously
Question: I'm having problems identifying these fall warblers. Which
warbler has a yellow throat, white below the throat and them more yellow
below the white? It also has strong dark wings with white wing bars.
In flight:
canadian geese in v's, w's, lines -- more than I could count
blue heron
On the water I saw:
two mallard pairs
Also:
cardinals
carolina wren
chickadees
hairy woodpecker
mockingbirds
phoebe
