[va-richmond-general] Fisherman's Island Trip October 30

Where: Fisherman's Island-Eastern Shore of VA

When: Saturday October 30, 2004. Meet at Visitor's Center at the ESWR at
0845. We will leave at 0900.

Who: Trip limited to 20 enthusiastic birders-You must sign up to join. Call
Julie @ 804.530.3660 for more details.

What: (to bring). The trip is a 4  mile trip in  loose and packed sand  thru
scrub and along the beach. There are no facilities. Dress in layers-be
prepared for wind, mist, rain etc. Bring optics, water, snacks and anything
you want to carry for 4 miles.

Why: This is a spectacular habitat not open to the general public. We will
be guided by a naturalist from the ESWR. Almost anything is possible with
migration still underway.
