Our post-Ernesto world was quite nice - the clear after-hurricane weather
is wonderful. Our yard is full of cardinals, and the towhees and wrens
are everywhere. In addition we have chickadees, titmice, downies,
hummingbirds, nuthatches, house finches, modos, blue jays, flickers,
goldfinches, blue jay, house wrens, and molting indigo buntings. A silent
yellow billed cuckoo passed through. We surely look forward to the
changing of the seasons and the arrival of FALL.
