[va-richmond-general] Observations at Sandy River Reservoir

My wife and I spent the day at Sandy River Reservoir (SRR) fishing and
birding. While the customary bald eagles and summering cedar waxwings were
absent, we were pleasantly surprised to add 2 species new to our SRR count:
Great egret and Caspian tern. Both species were cooperative and remained
close enough for pictures.
