[va-richmond-general] Cardinal Missing Head Feathers

My Cardinal appears to have lost the feathers on his head -- it is black =
where there are no feathers. As I recall, this phenonemon was discussed =
last year -- could anyone fill me in on what exactly is thought about =
this condition (its cause and outcome)?
