Yesterday's Richmond Times-Dispatch had an article about the downtown
pair of Peregrine Falcons in Richmond. After their nest under the Lee
Bridge evidently washed away, they have returned to their 2006 nest site
and begun to lay a second clutch of eggs. The Virginia Department of
Game and Inland Fisheries' Web site has an update on the falcons:
