[va-richmond-general] Summer tanagers and whippoorwill!

Yesterday morning, there were two pairs of summer tanagers in the neighborhood,
so it looks like they are back this summer to breed. And at twilight and early
this morning, a whippoorwill serenaded us from the yard; it's been several
years since that happened!
