To both lists I would add the following:

American Robin
Northern Mockingbird
I also see/hear Fish Crows on a pretty regular basis.

That makes 32 or 33 birds, depending on whether or not you would count Fish
Crow.

Since "90%" is thrown out, I feel I must paraphrase the great Yogi Berra:
Remember that 90% of the game is half mental. Good birding.
