[va-richmond-general] My hummingbirds have arrived!

A Ruby-throated Hummingbird finally made it to our feeder today. My rule of
thumb is that they always arrive by Tax Day. This year it looked like they
were late - but then Tax Day isn't until tomorrow :-)
