[va-richmond-general] Bald Eagles near Ship Lock Park

Ed Knight is asking if anyone else has seen Bald Eagles between Ship Lock Park
and the former boat dock area for the Annabelle Lee. He has seen a pair of
eagles on two separate occasions in that area and wondered if anyone had found
a nest....or if it was a territorial dispute that he observed.
