I wonder if the city has considered that Ralph White
is not the only one who is being punished by this
mess. It seems they have decided that we are ALL to be
reprimanded for the acts of a few reckless
individuals, not to mention the convenience of our law
enforcement, who we are now paying with our tax
dollars to keep us out of our own parks.
