Hiked the fire road in from Beach Road, down to Swift Creek and the south
side of the dam and returned via the Group Camp this morning.
Mourning Dove
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Eastern Phoebe
Carolina Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
Carolina Wren
Hermit Thrush
Blue-headed Vireo (several singing, one great look perched in some brush
close to the ground)
Yellow-throated Warbler singing along Swift Creek
Pine Warbler
Prairie Warbler (I heard, John saw)
Black-and-White Warbler heard and seen
Northern Cardinal
American Goldfinch
