[va-richmond-general] Fish Crows question

Hi, All -
Within the last week or so, I've heard a lot of Fish Crows. I don't recall
hearing them all Winter. Are they migratory or are they simply quiet all
Winter? I know I heard American Crows but I can't recall hearing any Fish
Crows. Now, I hear them almost daily.
