Paul,

About a month ago I spotted the Great Horned Owl on the nest in the same
pine tree used last year. It is close to the entrance to Dogwood Dell from
Boulevard. There are two pine trees, and it is the shorter one, almost at
the very top. Viewing is best from the east side of the tree, and about 30
yard away. There is also a Red-headed Woodpecker in a tree in the gravel
parking area near Dogwood Dell.

Sue,

I am wondering where the Great Horned Owls are at Bryan Park. I will be
leading a field trip there in April and would like to spot them as well.

Thanks!
