[va-richmond-general] Dutch Gap, 2/16/2008

After the USFWS walk at James River NWR, I stopped off at Dutch Gap for an hour. There were a good number of Northern Pintails visible from the second platform, along with a number of other ducks. In an interesting deja vu experience, I had a very early Osprey fly over today, in a repeat of a similar visit I made last winter. There were also about 150 Black Vultures just across the river from the boat landing. Complete list below.
