After the USFWS walk at James River NWR, I stopped off at Dutch Gap for 
an hour. There were a good number of Northern Pintails visible from the 
second platform, along with a number of other ducks. In an interesting 
deja vu experience, I had a very early Osprey fly over today, in a 
repeat of a similar visit I made last winter. There were also about 150 
Black Vultures just across the river from the boat landing. Complete 
list below.
Hope everyone else is taking advantage of this beautiful weather to get 
involved in the Great Backyard Birdcount!
