[va-richmond-general] VCU Ornithologist

A colleague where I work has found a dead Northern Cardinal on his
property. It has a peculiar bill deformity. It is a male with some gray
feathers, as if immature. The bill resembles that of a Black Skimmer.
My friend is willing to have it placed in a research collection. Isn't
there such a collection at VCU that I've read about? If so, who do I
contact?
