[va-richmond-general] S-E Owls at Zion's Crossing

Neale Smith & I watched 3 of them yesterday put on a spectacular show, ( they
appeared at 5:45pm ) flying, swooping, harassing a female Harrier - one even
perched on the yellow road sign just 50 ft. from us. Also present: Kestrel,
and many Meadowlarks.
