The State  Corporation Commission is holding a public hearing this coming 
Tuesday morning,  January 8, 2008, on Dominion Power’s proposed Coal  plant.  
The 
Public  Hearing will be held at the Tyler  Building, 1300 E. Main  Street in 
Richmond.  The hearing begins at 10 am.  Please arrive before 9:45 if you 
intend to  speak. 
If built, this power plant would  accelerate mountain-top removal coal 
mining, worsen global warming, further  pollute Virginia's air, land and water 
with 
acid rain and mercury, and  encourage construction of new transmission lines.
