It's not a website, but I have Thayer Birding Software: Birds of Virginia.
It has songs, pictures, maps, etc. It even has quizzes so you can check
your bird identifying skills. I bought my copy at the birding store (sorry
I blanked on the name) on Midlothian. I like it because it has the songs
together with other information, but I wish it had more song samples.
There's only one song sample even when birds have more than one typical
song.

In order to learn birdsongs, I have been using "Songs of some New York State
birds" on-line. Could anyone recommend another website? I have the cd
"birding by Ear." s
