[va-richmond-general] A-T Flycatcher: a 2nd one?

If you're heeding Julie's caution re the floodwall, the following news may be
good. Imagine my surprise in coming on apparent ash-throated flycatcher at
Dutch Gap this afternoon around 1:30. It was foraging quite successfully at
the far side of the banding field, about 75 feet in from the road, along the
mown path at the woods edge. It was pretty tolerant of me, and I got several
good looks at it with the binocs at about 15-20 feet. Most of the time it was
within a few feet of the ground. As it was doing well at that location, I
wouldn't be surprised to see it back there tomorrow, subject to the threat of
rain.

I love all you guys but really don't want to see you in the ER. The city is
more unsafe then ever right now-you only read the "highlights." I'm not sure
I would go down there if an Ivory Billed was sited. Do not go alone-do not go
as just a group of women and don't trust anyone.
