Yesterday afternoon after being pumped up from the James River Count I went out
and filled all my feeders. As I was filling a mesh sock with thistle a
Ruby-crowned kinglet lit on my shoulder-I felt like the Bird-whisperer...
Overhead a mature Bald eagle soared.
The men of the house who paddled the Appomattox River yesterday reported 2
feeding/hovering Osprey!
Today at MCV in the ER I have sighted 20 turkeys and at least 3 cuckoos.......
