[va-bird] Dec. 15 NVBC Ft. Smith Park Bird Walk

VA Birders,

    The NVBC Bird Walk at Fort C.F. Smith Park scheduled for this morning, 
Dec. 15, was cancelled due to the threat of the impending snow/ice storm.  We 
have rescheduled this walk for tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 16, weather permitting.  
We will begin the walk at 10:00 am, so that people can come after the worst of 
rush hour is (hopefully) over.  If you have any questions about this walk, 
please call me.  Thanks.
