[va-bird] Mystery Loon

Chesapeake, 9:30 am:While exiting Route 168 north and I spotted a loon
on the west side of the lake at Oak Grove Lake Park. I only saw the bird
briefly before it dove, but thought if someone in the area had time to
check it out it might be worth the visit. The park hosts a variety of
waterfowl at this time of year and is a nice walk to boot. If you
