[va-bird] Tree Sparrows - Frederick Co

BJ and I found at least 2 AMERICAN TREE SPARROWS this afternoon in southern
Frederick Co. They were in a mixed flock of the usual suspects of Winter birds.
As a group of them flew away, I believe there were more than the first 2 we saw
- maybe 6-8 total ATSP.
Also, we found a single male HARRIER cruising a field just west of Cedar Creek
Battlefield, a spot where we've seen them before. However, Harriers have been
quite scarce so far this year. This is the 1st we've seen in a few weeks.
As for Short-eared Owls in the area: we checked our spot NE of Winchester
yesterday = 0 Harriers and 0 SEOW as of yet. We'll keep looking, as it's a bit
earlier than when we found them last year.
