[va-bird] Merlin in downtown Charlottesville

Returning to office from lunch hour today I noted large flock of the
"hospital" pigeons swirling along West Main Street a short distance from
the downtown mall. A Merlin, in untypical Merlin fashion, was slowly
cruising over them. Maybe it had just dined on the local delicacy.
