[va-bird] Conservation Organizations

Birders have a vested interest in financially supporting environmental
and wildlife organizations that protect and preserve habitat for birds,
whether its land purchase, education, coalition-building, litigation,
advocacy or other strategies and plans for conservation stewardship.
I'm gathering information for a future article about specific
conservation organizations that we birders support in order to
accomplish this goal and I'd appreciate receiving offline your
recommendations of environmental and conservation groups that truly
deserve our financial support.
