[va-bird] Black chinned Hummingbird at Cape Charles

Great looks at the Black chinned Hummingbird at Ned Brinkley's B&B today -
thanks, Ned for your hospitality.
We did not find the Mountain Bluebird or any Cave Swallows. The tunnel
islands were largely devoid of birds because of all the fishing boats taking
advantage of the nice day.
