[va-bird] Relocation of Mountain Bluebird?

I heard from Mike Boatwright just a few minutes ago that he crossed paths
with Mike Iwanik on the CBBT this morning, who reports that the male Mountain
Bluebird was seen yesterday evening and this morning on Route 600 near Dixon
Drive (just north of it), the same spot where last noted almost a week ago. I
can't find out who reported it, but the odds are that VSO birders staying near
the refuge relocated it. Four dozen or so birders have come by to see the
Black-chinned Hummingbird, which has been cooperative through the morning
(according to b&b guests!).
