[va-bird] Photo CD

The 400-image color photo CD, which was produced by Coastal Virginia
Wildlife Observatory, for its 10th Anniversary, sold well at the Birding
Festival
and at the fall programs at Kiptopeke State Park. Thanks to the many
photographers who donated images and to everyone who supported the effort.
There are
still a few available for $20, which includes postage. The up-close, hand-held
pictures of birds and butterflies, with captions, including 29 warbler
species and 15 species of hawks and owls, make it a great learning tool. It
works
in most DVD players, too (and makes a great stocking-stuffer!).
