[va-bird] Bald Eagle Conference

Several years ago, I attended the bald eagle conference, sponsored by the
Klamath Basin Audubon Society, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I enjoyed it a great
deal.
I have just received the announcement of the 2004 conference. It will be on
February 13, 14, and 15. Besides learning a great deal about eagles, one is
offered workshops on tracking wildlife like coyotes and cougars, birding in the
Klamath Basin, waterfowl identification and management in the Klamath Basin
National Wildlife Refuges, raptor identification.
