[va-bird] Bald Eagle in Mt. Crawford

I was taking an afternoon nap when my wife told me that something had
flown down the river below our house. I couldn't see anything, but then
it returned, and veered over the house. We added an adult bald eagle to
our informal "yard-bird list" while I was sitting on the sofa. That made
22 species we saw on this snowy day without leaving the house.
