[va-bird] osprey platform

Greetings, our osprey platform has been very busy this fall. A very large blue
heron spends a lot of time on it, and Monday 2 bald eagles spent 30 minutes
sitting on it having a conversation. Today a kingfisher was using it. It is
close to shore and was a useful investment.
Peaceful Harbor is full of buffleheads, and the 2 winter loons are here.
My neighbor saw a flock of ruddies on the weekend.
