[va-bird] "rare Cooper's Owl" and birds at Ben Brenman

I stopped by the lake in Ben Brenman Park around quarter until two this
afternoon and saw a pair of DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS swimming there as
well as a pair (m&f) of HOODED MERGANSERS.

As for the "rare Cooper's Owl," I photographed that at the raptor banding
station at Cape May, NJ earlier this week. There are also a couple of
other pictures of hawks that I photographed there on my website:

When I get some time, I'll add other images from that station.

Ben Brenman Park is in Alexandria off Duke Street at Sommervelle.
