[va-bird] White Yellow-rumped Warbler

Hey all,
A friend of mine was out at Chincoteague a week or so ago and encountered a
white Yellow-rumped Warbler. It was not albino as it did have a yellow rump.
Any thoughts on the cause and/or prevalence of this plumage?
