[va-bird] Harvey's Knob Hawkwatch (3 Nov 2005) 20 Raptors

The forecast was for SW winds all day, but the winds shifted back and
forth from SW to NE in the morning, finally settling down to NE for the
majority
of the day.Conditions seemed perfect for a good flight but only 20 raptors were
recorded. Thanks to Dillard Childress for his expert spotting skills.
