Observers:        

Weather:
begining of day cloudy with gust of wind from Northeast and Northwest. 
Wind conditions continuing into afternoon.  Clouds departed by 1230
producing a total Blue Bird sky.

Raptor Observations:
Not a lot moving, many more birds seen traveling back north than actually
going south.  On an infrequent occasion when hawks were spotted they were
invariably found at astronomical hights or just zipping through the trees
hunting.
